DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN NEW DELHI
You will be assisted by our welcome ambassador at the Delhi International airport and escorted to your hotel for check-in formalities (Check-in time is between 1200-1400 hrs, early check-in is subject to availability). Followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 2: YOGA SESSIONS AND HERITAGE VISITS
Kickstart your early morning with a yoga session in the garden of the hotel followed by breakfast. Further, proceed to visit Old Delhi, then head for a cycle rickshaw ride through the teeming bazaar and drive past Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later in the afternoon, visit Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, the most prominent Sikh Gurudwara. Followed by Lutyens’ Delhi, Rashtrapati Bhawan, the President’s Palace, India Gate, and Qutab Minar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 3: RISHIKESH
This morning starts early, with a transfer on time to New Delhi railway station to board the train to Haridwar. On arrival, you will be assisted at the railway platform and then head for a straight drive to Rishikesh. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. After a short nap in the afternoon, visit the Parmarth Niketan ashram and listen to the hypnotizing chants of Vedic hymns during the evening Ganges aarti. Followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 4: ENTHRALLING YOGA SESSIONS AND CULTURAL DIPS
Early morning get ready for an enthralling Yoga Session on the sandy beaches of crystal clear waters of holy river the Ganges, meet with your in house yoga Instructor (Yogacharya). After breakfast take the optional experience. A day's trip to Haridwar to explore this holy city on foot accompanied by a local expert or explore the Bada bazaar. The last destination is Har Ki Pauri Ghat where you will get to watch the evening Ganga ceremony. Or if you are interested in local cuisine, you can relish some of the most famous hangout places in the city. Followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 5: YOGA AND MEDITATION AT RISHIKESH
Early morning set out for an enthralling Yoga and meditation session. Return to the hotel for breakfast and it is a day to relax and unwind or explore the local bazaar on your own. In the evening, enjoy Yoga and meditation. Followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 6: YOGA AND DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE AT RISHIKESH
Early morning get ready for an enthralling Yoga and meditation. Enjoy the deep tissue massage (90 mins) which eases the deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissue, to target areas of chronic muscle tension. In the evening, enjoy Yoga and meditation followed by the aarti ceremony at Parmath Niketan Rishikesh. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 7: AGRA VISIT
Early morning head to Haridwar railway station, to board the train for New Delhi. On arrival in New Delhi, you will be assisted at the platform and then head for a straight drive to Agra. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 8: TAJ MAHAL VISIT
Sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal is a unique way to experience the beauty of the entire monument, a masterpiece of symmetry (closed on Fridays). Later visit the Magnificent Agra Fort – overlooking Taj. Explore the Marble inlay workshop with local artisans. Followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

DAYS 9: SWASRA WELL-BEING PROGRAM (3 DAYS) BEGINS AT GOKARNA
After breakfast, drive to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi board the flight for Goa. Meet our representative on arrival and drive towards Gokarna (140 km/03 hours). Check-in at the resort. Head for a Swasra well-being program (3 nights). This programme includes all meals, doctor’s consultation for all Ayurvedic therapies, relaxation th­erapeutic massages, traditional Ayurveda detox and cleansing therapies. The treatments are given based on the doctor’s diagnosis. The treatment type, duration, and schedule of each treatment are fixed accordingly and up to two treatments are given each day. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 10: SWASRA WELL-BEING PROGRAM - DAY 2
SwaSwara offers healthy cuisine which includes fresh organic vegetables and seafood. Signature herbal teas and fresh fruits are served at Cocum restaurant from 6.00 to 7.00 am. Yoga sessions - group sessions for Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and meditation are offered throughout the day at Swaswara. Yoga routine is as follows:
  • 30 min Morning meditation.
  • 60 min Relaxation Therapeutic massage.
  • 60 min Rejuvenation therapeutic massage.
  • 30 min Jal Neti: This cleansing Yogic kriya which is of a duration of 30 minutes.
  • 30 min Evening meditation such as Chanting /Mind-Sound-Resonance Technique.
  • 60 min Evening Yoga Asanas group session for intermediate level.
Followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 11: SWASRA WELL-BEING PROGRAM - DAY 3
On the last day of this SwaSwara’s signature programme, one begins to understand the self. This comprehensive programme introduces one to Yogic Kriyas, Asanas, Yoga Nidra, meditation and Pranayama. Pranayama and Ayurveda helps create positive changes in one’s approach to daily life and manage stress.

DAY 12 : BOARD THE RETURN FLIGHT
Breakfast at the hotel. Further, head to Goa International airport and board the return flight.
