1. About us

Hi Tours is a travel company that designs tailor-made holidays and tours across Asia, Africa and beyond. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Hi Tours; "you" and "your" mean the person making an enquiry or booking.

Our quotes are personalised and non-binding until a booking is confirmed in writing and the required deposit has been received.

2. Enquiries & quotations

When you submit an enquiry or "Design Your Escape" form, you authorise our travel experts to contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp to plan your trip. All prices shown on the website are indicative "from" prices per person and may change based on season, availability, group size and the final itinerary.

A quotation is valid for the period stated by your travel expert and is subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once you accept your travel plan in writing and pay the deposit requested. The balance is due by the date stated in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of your deposit.

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. International flights are excluded unless explicitly listed under "Included".

4. Changes & cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed booking, cancellation charges may apply depending on the destination, suppliers and how close to departure the request is made. Our Hi Tours Cares options may give you additional flexibility to rebook or cancel.

We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary where necessary for reasons beyond our control (for example weather, supplier availability or safety) and will always offer a comparable alternative where possible.

5. Passports, visas & health

It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport and the correct visas and travel documents for your trip. We will advise on requirements and, where our packages include visa or permit processing, we will assist with it. You are responsible for meeting any health and vaccination requirements for your destination.

6. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers hold comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation, curtailment and personal belongings for the full duration of their trip.

7. Liability

We take great care in selecting our suppliers and partners. However, we act as an organiser of the services described and are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
